A VIP Design Day is a focused full day intensive where we work together on the most impactful part of your website, whether that’s design, messaging, branding alignment, or backend systems, so you get real progress fast.

Nope! At booking, you’ll complete a short form and we’ll have a 60-minute clarity + strategy call to decide the best area to focus on for maximum results.

Yes, your VIP Design Day can be used to set up a website template to an extent. This is perfect if you want a professional looking site up and running without starting from scratch.

During the session, I can:

• Apply your brand colours, fonts, and logos

• Upload your imagery and provided content

• Set up pages using the existing template structure

• Ensure everything feels cohesive, polished, and aligned

What’s not included:

• SEO setup or optimisation

• In-depth copywriting or messaging creation

• Major layout or structural changes to the template

• Installing or setting up apps such as bookings, stores, online courses etc.

If you’re unsure whether your template goals are a fit, we’ll clarify this during your strategy call so expectations are clear and the day is used in the best possible way.

A lot, when we’re focused. This might include a homepage refresh, clearer brand messaging and copy updates, improved user flow, booking or email system setup, or another high-impact upgrade that supports your business growth.

The investment for the VIP Design Day is $1,500 + GST when paid in full. Or we also offer a flexible payment plan of: 6 weekly payments of $250 + GST (total $1,650).

This includes a full day intensive dedicated to your brand, pre-session strategy, planning & research, hands on implementation, and a guided handover so you leave with real progress and clarity, not just ideas.

Yes, I’ll need you available for quick feedback and approvals so we can move efficiently and get the best possible outcome. You are welcome to join me online on Google Meet for the first 1-2 hours, or I can do check-ins at invervals via online meetings or phone calls, or we can do it message based style via texts and emails. Most clients like to have a half-way check in online and the rest of the day via texts for when I need quick answers.

VIP Design Days are available weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Because I also offer other services on these days, availability is limited and spots can fill quickly. If another service is booked, a VIP session won’t run that day. If you have a full day available on either a Tuesday or Thursday, I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot. Please get in touch if either of these days aren't suitable and we can discuss other options.

Yes. We work directly on your live website, so anything completed during the session is ready to use and share immediately.

I currently only work with Wix, this includes the regular Wix Editor and also Wix Studio. If you’re unsure whether your website is a fit, feel free to reach out before booking. I also have experience with Squarespace and Kajabi, please reach out to discuss first to ensure I can provide the best outcome for your requirements if you are on a different platform.

We’ll finish with a 20-30 minute call or online session where I walk you through any updates or systems so you feel confident managing your website moving forward.

Ongoing support isn’t included, but additional work or continued support can be discussed if you need it.
